Vegetable Soup
After all of the starchy fare during the holidays, I had a craving for vegetables in a big way. I mad a huge crock pot full of homemade vegetable soup. It was really good (I know, I'm humble, too), but it had the odd effect of making us more hungry. We would eat a big bowl of it and an hour later we would be famished. I was off and I found that I wanted it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner - and some snacks, too. It was ridiculous like the subtraction soup in The Phantom Tollbooth. I guess I will have to make it again soon.
